Fady Abdelmaksoud

Fady is an experienced legal professional with over six years of practice in the UAE legal system, specializing in litigation support, legal research, and court procedures. He holds an LLB from Cairo University and advanced legal diplomas and a master’s degree from Ain Shams University, with a focus on Criminal Sciences and Private Law.

Fady currently serves as a Court Clerk at HAS Law Firm in Dubai, where he manages court procedures, legal documentation, and handles legal procedures before UAE courts, public prosecutions, and police stations and Governmental circuits. His previous roles include Senior Legal Researcher at Abdullatif Alhammadi Advocates and Associate at United Advocates, where he provided legal advisory services, represented clients in court, and liaised with regulatory authorities. He began his career at Al Shawy Law Firm in Cairo, gaining foundational experience in criminal and civil litigation.

His key skills include legal drafting, litigation management, judgments execution, and deep knowledge of UAE laws and procedures. Fady is fluent in Arabic and English and has published articles on civil litigation, arrest warrants, and cheque enforcement in the UAE. and is committed to continuous legal development.
