Fatimah Assaggaf is a Saudi paralegal at HAS Law Firm. She began her journey with the firm as a legal intern and was later offered a full-time position, her transition from intern to paralegal reflects both her commitment to the profession and the value she brings to the team.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business Law, where she explored the legal foundations of global commerce — including the principles of international law, international sale of goods, cross-border dispute resolution, World Trade Organization law and trade policy, and modern corporate governance practices.
Fatima has contributed to a broad range of matters within the firm, including contract drafting and review, corporate structuring, real estate, and intellectual property. During her internship, she played an active role in bilingual legal drafting, attended client and internal meetings, and conducted research on key areas of UAE law such as corporate tax, civil company dissolution, and trademark compliance. Her fluency in both Arabic and English, coupled with a growing foundation in international law, allows her to work seamlessly across jurisdictions and legal contexts.
