Haneen Maher

Haneen is a law graduate from the University of Sharjah (Class of 2016) with over nine years of practical legal experience in the United Arab Emirates. Since 2017, she has worked with leading law firms, gaining extensive experience across a broad range of legal procedures and case management strategies.

Haneen has developed a strong command of litigation support, including case registration, monitoring case progress, attending court hearings, and drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, and notices. She is well-versed in execution proceedings, including initiating execution files, calculating interest, and managing all aspects of the enforcement phase.
