Payal Jain

Payal Jain is a Paralegal at HAS Law Firm, where she plays an integral role in the DIFC, ADGM, and International Arbitration Department. She began her journey with the firm as an intern, and following a successful six-month internship, transitioned into a full-time position.

Payal holds an LLB Honors Law degree with First Class Honors from Middlesex University Dubai. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication and strong foundation in legal principles, which she continues to build on through her practical experience.

She is actively involved in a wide range of disputes, including employment, commercial, regulatory, and shareholder matters, as well as debt recovery claims. Payal’s practice focuses particularly on complex litigation before the DIFC and ADGM Courts and arbitration proceedings , where she supports senior legal counsel in both procedural and substantive matters.

Her responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and assisting in the preparation of submissions for hearings and arbitral tribunals. Payal also contributes to client advisory work, particularly in interpreting applicable laws and regulations in commercial and employment contexts.
