Swetha Sivaram

Swetha, an Associate in the DIFC, ADGM, and International Arbitration Department, is a Solicitor of England & Wales with experience spanning both contentious and non-contentious work, including contract advisory, dispute resolution, and employment matters across various sectors.

Swetha has assisted in advising both private and government-affiliated clients on contractual disputes, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, employment litigation, and regulatory matters. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, preparing pleadings and legal opinions, conducting legal research, and managing case strategy and documentation.

Swetha has also effectively supported Counsel in arbitration proceedings under the rules of DIAC and ICC as well as litigation proceedings before the DIFC and ADGM Courts. She is committed to delivering high-quality legal support and ensuring effective outcomes for clients.
