Fahad is an Associate in the DIFC, ADGM and International Arbitration Department. Fahad specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration has experience in assisting senior lawyers to deliver comprehensive legal support in various complex contentious and non-contentious matters, including disputes pertaining to employment, real estate, breach of contract, debt recovery, intellectual property, construction, banking and finance, investments and financial mis-selling, and shipping logistics.

Fahad possesses extensive skills in supporting senior lawyers in legal and case research, client communication, drafting pre-action letters of claim, pleadings and other legal documents, preparing for trial, case management and strategic planning, ensuring that clients receive diligent representation and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Fahad has experience in assisting senior lawyers to advise and represent clients that are party to arbitration proceedings commenced before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, London Court of International Arbitration, ICC International Court of Arbitration, and ad-hoc arbitral tribunals, as well as litigation proceedings commenced before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts.
