Mudather Khalil

With over six years of experience as a litigator in the UAE, Mudather possesses extensive expertise in navigating the complexities of litigation within the region. He has successfully represented clients across all levels of the UAE’s federal and local courts, specializing in family law, civil and commercial matters, criminal cases, tort liability, and labour disputes.

Mudather began his legal career in Sudan, where he became a member of the Sudanese Bar Association. He is also a distinguished member of the Sudanese Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration and a certified arbitrator, further demonstrating his commitment to providing comprehensive legal solutions and alternative dispute resolution services.
