Rudresh is a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, advising on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance across the Middle East. He advises a portfolio ranging from emerging growth companies to multinational conglomerates on strategic commercial arrangements across both onshore and offshore jurisdictions

His transactional experience includes supporting M&A and private equity mandates, notably contributing to a USD 20 million merger in the hospitality and consumer retail sector. He assists with high-value intercompany loan arrangements, facility agreements, and licensing frameworks for clients in the technology and industrial sectors. His practice encompasses the investment lifecycle, managing mandates spanning seed funding through growth-stage rounds. This technical base is further informed by foundational experience in DIFC litigation and commercial arbitration, providing a broader perspective on managing tail risks in corporate drafting.

Prior to joining the firm, Rudresh practiced at a regional consultancy and gained experience at international and regional law firms in Dubai.
